Ingredients:
- One bunch of Kale
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 8 Cassius nuts
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Wash and dry kale leaves.
Remove the hard parts (stems) of kale and cut into big pieces.
Add the olive, salt, pepper and Cassius nuts in a food processor and process until you have a creamy sauce.
Mix the sauce with kale and make sure all pieces are covered with it.
Place the leaves on a baking tray with baking sheet and make sure they have enough space. There shouldn’t be one on top of the other.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 150 °C
Tips: Add some red pepper flakes in the sauce if you like spicy food. You can use chili infused olive oil or any other flavored olive oil you want and give the taste you prefer most. Avoid adding liquids like vinegar or lemon juice because humidity will make kale boil instead of becoming crispy.
