Pesto and sun-dried tomato bruschetta

Ingredients:

  • Pesto sauce
  • 180 gr sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
  • 12 thick slices of french baguette or your favorite bread
  • extra virgin olive oil for decoration

Preparation

  1. Grill the slices of bread for a couple of minutes or until golden
  2. Spread some pesto sauce and on top place sun-dried tomatoes
  3. Drop a little bit of extra virgin olive oil on top for extra flavor and decoration

Serve immediately.
